- Ensure processes and procedures are in compliance with regulations, maintaining a culture of quality and safety.
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Process Engineer II who is passionate about driving innovation and development in manufacturing processes. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work on challenging projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to the development of new technologies and therapies.
Requirements- Baccalaureate degree (or equivalent) in a relevant field, such as engineering or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing or engineering role, with a strong understanding of process engineering principles and practices.
- Advanced degree (e.g., Master's or Ph.D.) in a relevant field, with 0 years of experience, may be considered.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and implement process improvements.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on quality and safety.
