Motion Recruitment Partners LLC is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Frontend Engineer to join our team and contribute to the development of an innovative analytics platform using artificial intelligence. As a key member of our engineering team, you will work closely with the VP of Engineering to implement best practices in Typescript and React.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Design and develop a scalable and maintainable frontend architecture for the analytics platform
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with backend services
- Implement and maintain high-quality frontend code using Typescript and React
- Develop and maintain automated testing and deployment scripts
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers
**Requirements**
- 10+ years of software engineering experience
- 5+ years of experience with React
- Proficiency in Redux and GraphQL
- Experience with AWS
- Strong understanding of software design patterns and principles
**Nice to Have**
- Experience with Rust
