Workshop/Maintenance Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Workshop/Maintenance Supervisor to join our Cementing Technologies team in Villahermosa. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our workshop facilities and equipment.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate all workshop activities to ensure operational, project, and engineering delivery schedules are met.
- Ensure that all equipment is maintained and/or repaired in conformance with our company's policies and certification requirements.
- Develop and implement programs to ensure service quality and equipment reliability.
- Supervise maintenance staff and ensure that all incidents and non-conformances are reported in line with our procedures and deadlines.
- Liaise with operations department to ensure that all 3rd party rental items are tracked and returned to the supplier at the earliest opportunity.
- Actively participate in morning meetings to discuss safety, maintenance status/tasks, mobilisation/demobilisation updates, etc.
- Ensure that Stop Work Authority is reinforced with all maintenance staff and that the maintenance status board is accurate.
- Ensure completion of required documentation for company procedures, processes, and specific client requirements.
- Hold a Technical Qualification.
- 10 years previous work experience within a related technical field.
- Previous supervisory experience.
- Knowledge of SAP system.
