About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Regional Marketing Operations Director to join our LATAM Marketing team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in driving operational excellence and supporting the growth of our business in the region.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and developing process improvements that drive efficiency and effectiveness. You will be responsible for supporting budget and forecasting processes, facilitating marketing operations and planning, and establishing single-source-of-truth documentation.

Additionally, you will work closely with the Marketing leadership team to develop and implement initiatives that promote team engagement and collaboration across the region. Your strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively at all levels will be essential in this role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and lead process improvements to drive operational excellence
  • Support budget and forecasting processes
  • Facilitate marketing operations and planning
  • Establish single-source-of-truth documentation
  • Collaborate with Marketing leadership to develop engagement initiatives

You will also be responsible for using problem-solving and critical thinking skills to facilitate effective decision-making within the cross-functional team.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
