Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager II to join our team at Te Connectivity Corporation. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for leading complex projects from initiation to closure, managing multiple stakeholders, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate project activities, including planning, execution, and closure
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure effective communication and stakeholder management
  • Monitor and control project progress, and make adjustments as needed
  • Develop and implement project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and lessons learned
  • Provide guidance and support to junior team members

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business administration, engineering, or computer science
  • 3+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on IT projects
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies, such as Agile and Scrum
  • Experience with project management tools, such as Asana, Trello, or MS Project
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
