We are seeking a highly skilled Product Development Scientist to join our team at Colgate-Palmolive Company. As a key member of our Hair & Scalp Care team, you will be responsible for formulating and developing innovative products that meet the needs of our consumers.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and formulate new Hair & Scalp Care products that meet our quality and performance standards.
- Conduct research and testing to ensure the stability and efficacy of our products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify consumer needs and develop products that meet those needs.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in the Hair & Scalp Care industry.
- Communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders and provide recommendations for product development.
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biochemistry, Material Science, or Biotechnology.
- Master's degree in Chemical Engineering, Biochemistry, Biology, Chemistry, Material Science, or Biotechnology (desirable).
- PhD in a relevant field (desirable).
- 2-5 years of experience in product development, formulation, or a related field.
- Advanced English language skills.
- Knowledge of chemistry, physical chemistry, thermodynamics, and skin biology (desired but not mandatory).
