Driver Growth Operations TeamAs a member of our Driver Growth Operations team, you will play a critical role in driving growth in one of the fastest-growing companies ever. This data-driven role requires a unique combination of user-centric, analytical thinking, and interpersonal ability. You will work in a tight-knit team to launch, build, and run DiDi's business in Spanish-speaking Latin America.
Key Responsibilities- Design and implement initiatives to acquire new drivers, leveraging data to inform decision-making.
- Manage the launch and execution of incentives, communications, and product developments to drive driver acquisition, ensuring efficiency and expansion.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders, managing expectations and prioritizing operations to deliver results, while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Develop and manage data dashboards to monitor city, national, and regional performance of driver acquisition and results.
- Take ownership of driver acquisition incentives across multiple countries in Spanish-speaking Latin America.
- Continuously generate knowledge through experimental testing.
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Data Science, Actuary, or a related field.
- Strong spreadsheet skills (Excel/Google Sheets) are a must, with experience in database management a plus.
- Data-driven core: passion for data analytics and programming, with knowledge/experience in SQL (nice to have: Python, R, etc.).
- Proven self-motivation, self-direction, and eagerness to take ownership of tasks to ensure solutions.
- Effective communication skills, with proficiency in English and Spanish.
