Key Responsibilities- Perform business analysis for a segment of an organization, contributing technical and business process/data expertise to support ongoing operations or projects.
- Functionally define solutions fulfilling customer requirements, leveraging best practices.
- Identify and prioritize functional requirements, selecting, adopting, and adapting appropriate business analysis methods, tools, and techniques.
- Collaborate with Service Owner and IS Domain Owner in the definition of costs and estimates efforts with Solution Architect for IS solution/services development, change requests, and releases.
- Collect and translate requirements for projects and changes into specifications.
- Support and engage ABB Business/Function as Product Owner in the qualification of the business request for assigned service.
- Engage with business leaders, consumers, and customers to understand how changes to process, products, services, software, and hardware can improve efficiencies and add value, while balancing these ideas with what's feasible technologically, financially, and functionally reasonable.
- Negotiate with stakeholders to manage competing priorities and conflicts.
- Keep frequent alignment meetings with Business consumer, Process, and Product Owner.
- 3-5+ years of experience in Business/Functional Analyst or Product/Project Manager role.
- IT background or equivalent in work environment.
- Fluent English communication both in speaking and writing with technical wording.
- Excellent communication skills to work with business users and technical developers.
- ITIL and Lean Six Sigma certification.
