**The Role**
We are seeking a Technical Customer Support Engineer to join our team. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will work with customers on a variety of technical support issues as well as the Technical Operations team that is responsible for running our global distributed network. This is a position where you will learn the inner workings of Cloudflare's architecture and gain a deeper understanding of Internet technologies.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, chat, and social media.
- Work with the Technical Operations team to resolve complex technical issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Internet technologies and Cloudflare products.
**Requirements**
- Strong technical skills and experience in a related field.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Strong understanding of Internet technologies and Cloudflare products.
