About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Chef to join our culinary team. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will play a crucial role in preparing and presenting delicious dishes that exceed our guests' expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook a variety of dishes to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
  • Develop and maintain menus that showcase the best of local and international cuisine.
  • Work collaboratively with other chefs and kitchen staff to ensure efficient service delivery.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment in accordance with health and safety regulations.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Gastronomy or equivalent experience.
  • Effective communication skills and ability to work well under pressure.
  • Knowledge of haute cuisine standards and Distinctive H protocols.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in cooking, preferably in a high-end restaurant or hotel.
