About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Designer to join our team at Monks. As a Digital Designer, you will be responsible for creating engaging visual content that drives results. You will work closely with our team of creatives to produce innovative materials that meet the highest standards of quality and design.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive the creative process, participating actively in ideation to production to ensure innovative and consistent deliverables.
  • Critically evaluate major projects, maintaining creative excellence and alignment with client goals.
  • Confidently present work to clients alongside Creative Directors, articulating creative visions and enhancing brand messages.
  • Build and nurture strong client relationships through active listening and understanding their objectives and feedback.
  • Work seamlessly with cross-functional teams to advance projects and identify areas for enhancement.
  • Lead the conceptual and aesthetic development of campaigns, design projects, and experiential activations.
  • Set new industry benchmarks, ensuring all work remains intelligent, impactful, and scalable.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment, prioritizing tasks while maintaining professionalism.
  • Work effectively across time zones with a diverse team on local and international projects.
  • Partner with other creatives to produce captivating content across various formats, including digital, video, and animation.
  • Foster a healthy culture for colleagues and clients.
Qualifications
  • Design experience: 2+ years in design and art direction within advertising and marketing.
  • Ability to adapt to shifting priorities and meet stringent deadlines consistently.
  • Collaborative design skills, working effectively with creative leads and copywriters to achieve brand-aligned, strategic designs.
  • Professional presentation skills, presenting work effectively with well-reasoned rationale, especially to senior leaders and clients.
  • Critical thinking skills, leveraging creative and analytical skills to assess ideas from a conceptual lens.
  • Experience in crafting brand style guides for cohesive touchpoints.
  • Background in automotive or production industries preferred.
  • A modern, digital-centric portfolio demonstrating excellence across formats (digital, video, social, etc.).
  • Software proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Slack, and other design and collaboration tools.
