About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Procurement Specialist to join our team at iPS Powerful People. As a Supply Chain Procurement Specialist, you will play a key role in coordinating and leading procurement and sourcing tasks across multiple disciplines and relevant Category Teams throughout the project life cycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and lead procurement and sourcing tasks across multiple disciplines and relevant Category Teams;
- Work closely with the Management Team and Service Providers to support the Source-to Agreement and Procurement-to-pay processes;
- Develop a strong relationship with the procurement team to influence and guide procurement processes aligned with the Global Organization;
- Main point of contact for field operations for all procurement-related activities and tasks;
- Daily follow-up on the identification of needs, potential conflicts, and claims, and liaise with the Global Procurement Organization;
- Provide contractual agreements required to support operational activities;
- Development and implementation of Procurement Strategies.

Requirements
- Master or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Business Administration;
- At least 10 years of experience within the Oil and Gas sector, with exposure to onshore production operations;
- Understanding of procurement activities, from vendor selection process to Contract Management, for services related to onshore production-related operations;
- Knowledge of the Mexican Supplier Market to support the vendor selection process, market limitations, and specific regulations;
- Fluent in both Spanish and English (Spoken, Written, and Reading).
