Job Title: Supply Chain Planner

Mondelez International is seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Planner to join our team. As a key member of our production planning team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing production schedules that meet service level targets, inventory targets, and plant resources.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain accurate production schedules that meet service level targets, inventory targets, and plant resources.
  • Drive continuous improvement of people and processes across the planning and vendor scheduling functions.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure production compliance to schedules based on demand.
  • Proactively and timely report and resolve any issues to pre-empt any business impact.
  • Manage inventory to KPI targets and support IBP preparation and metric dashboard.
Requirements:
  • Relevant work experience in production and material planning, demand planning, inventory management, and forecasting.
  • Computer proficiency in MS Office and experience in ERP systems, preferably SAP.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with strong collaboration and relationship management skills.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
