Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Inventory Planner to join our team at Baxter Healthcare - Welch Allyn De Mexico, S. De R.L. De C.V. As an Inventory Planner, you will play a critical role in ensuring the timely delivery of parts and meeting inventory goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Utilize MRP and production knowledge to schedule manufactured parts effectively.
  • Collaborate with production supervisors to ensure timely delivery of parts and meet the master plan.
  • Monitor inventory levels of assigned parts and strive to meet inventory goals.
  • Communicate with suppliers and request RMA data to process NMRs in a timely manner.
  • Notify Value Stream of production problems, critical shortages, and capacity constraints that prevent meeting the master schedule and customer orders.
  • Adhere to stockroom guidelines for picking runs and establish priorities on picklists and shortage sheets.
  • Work closely with other planners and master scheduler to achieve customer service goals.
  • Support the implementation of new scheduling techniques, such as JIT and Auto-replenishment.
  • Promote the Quality Improvement Process.
  • Perform other similar or related duties as assigned or required.
  • Responsible for Sales order release on a rotating basis.
  • Responsible for purchasing materials effectively and in a timely manner according to the MRP-Material requirements planning.
Requirements

Bilingual English/Spanish is required. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
