**Supply Chain and Logistics Manager (Supply Chain)**

**About the Role**

As a Supply Chain and Logistics Manager, you will be responsible for managing and leading the facility's 2 HCC2 Supply Chain Planning, including Material Requirements, Inventory Management, Demand & Orders management, and Production Planning. Your goal will be to ensure linkage between process planning and execution.

**Responsibilities**

  • Direct Reports include Production Planning Manager and Material Requirements Manager
  • Provide leadership and direction to HCC2 supply chain
  • Ensure that the supply chain manages supply chain processes aligned with the CPS Supply Chain Process Manual and adherence to the CPS Supply Chain Rules
  • Secure alignment on processes and execution according to Standards
  • Secure constant and clear communication with NPI/NSI teams, securing a smooth transition
  • Manage department resources, providing focus, motivation, and encouragement to direct reports
  • Responsible for all personnel issues and performance evaluation

Inventory Management - MFG

Level Extensive Experience:

Ensures that the inventory is at an appropriate level and meets both internal and external requirements

Devises standard inventory management benchmarks to improve the processes

Provides guidance on inventory management for a specific product group or location

Applies systems and processes to identify and coordinate inventory requirements; resolves conflicts

Coordinates daily work of inventory management for different locations within a facility or a supply network

Reviews reports used for inventory management to find out related problems

Logistics Management

Level Extensive Experience:

Manages logistics processes through process improvement, prioritization, and project planning

Implements and maintains monitoring systems to provide information on shipment status, shipped date, in transit location, estimated arrival date, and actual delivery date

Develops and analyzes logistics plans that affect production, distribution, and inventory

Works with historical, legislative and practical issues associated with domestic freight

Participates in contract negotiations and interfaces with selected carriers necessary to maintain expected levels of service

Consults on all major logistics processes, their interactions and operational requirements

Supplier Management - MFG

Level Extensive Experience:

Facilitates supplier partnering arrangements that share risk and reward

Monitors supplier performance; works to resolve discrepancies between performance and agreements

Develops quality standards and controls for suppliers
