**Job Overview**

We're looking for a seasoned professional to join our team as a Guest Experience Expert. In this role, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences, processing operational needs, and addressing guest requests. You'll be empowered to move about your space and do what needs to be done to ensure our guests have a memorable and unique stay. Whether you're processing reports, sharing local insights, or ensuring our guests have a smooth check-in and check-out, you'll be the face of our hotel and a key factor in our guests' satisfaction.

**Responsibilities**

• Deliver exceptional guest experiences
• Process operational needs and address guest requests
• Move about your space to ensure guests have a memorable and unique stay
• Process reports and share local insights
• Ensure smooth check-in and check-out

**Requirements**

• Must be able to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
• Must be able to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance
• Must be able to create a safe work place, follow company policies and procedures, maintain confidentiality, protect company assets, uphold quality standards, and ensure professional uniform, personal appearance, and communications
