**Your Future Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Manufacturing Director to join our team in Sahagun, HID, MX. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading the transformation of manufacturing processes and technologies, ensuring the highest standards in industrial quality, cost, and delivery (QCD) management.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Contribute to the development and implementation of manufacturing plans and resources, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Oversee the definition and validation of supply chain processes, ensuring seamless integration with quality and engineering teams.
  • Validate quality plans and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Lead industrialization activities, including the development and implementation of manufacturing processes and technologies.
  • Contribute to the identification and mitigation of Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) risks and ergonomics analysis.
  • Prepare and manage manufacturing activities, including manufacturing planning and resource allocation.
  • Ensure the continuous improvement of SQCD performance of the manufacturing organization.
  • Manage manufacturing equipment, including investment requirements, OEE, and utilization ratio.
  • Contribute to site assets optimization, including CAPEX reductions and CAPEX optimizations.
  • Support the deployment of Alstom Indus 4.0 initiatives, including AOS, Automation, and Digitalization.
