Job Overview

We're looking for a results-driven professional who can ensure exceptional guest experiences in our dining establishments. As a Dining Establishment Supervisor, you'll oversee daily operations, lead a team of staff, and implement strategies to enhance our service standards.

About the Role

This is a full-time opportunity that requires the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You'll be responsible for:

  • Managing daily restaurant operations, including food preparation, inventory, and supply management
  • Leveraging your leadership skills to motivate and develop a high-performing team
  • Fostering a culture of excellence, with a focus on quality, safety, and customer satisfaction
  • Maintaining accurate records, including inventory, sales, and employee performance data
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless execution of events and promotions

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management position within the hospitality industry
  • Proven leadership skills, with a track record of motivating and developing high-performing teams
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively under pressure
  • Knowledge of food and beverage operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and labor cost control
