Senior Customer Support Specialist

At Vontier, we are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Senior Customer Support Specialist to join our team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology and provide exceptional support to our customers.
About the RoleThis is a full-time position that involves providing top-notch customer service through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. You will be working closely with our Advanced Technical Support team to resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively.
The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in providing customer support, excellent communication skills, and a positive attitude. They will also be able to work autonomously, manage multiple priorities, and maintain accuracy in their work.
Key Responsibilities- Provide timely and effective support to customers via phone, email, and chat
- Analyze customer requests, identify solutions, and escalate complex issues to the technical support team when necessary
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and issue resolution
- Develop and implement processes to improve customer support efficiency and effectiveness
- 2+ years of experience in customer support or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities
- Positive and enthusiastic attitude
- High level of motivation and drive
