Job Summary
We are seeking a talented Automation Engineer to join our Future Talent Program - Technical Track. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work on exciting projects that make a real difference in the food industry. You will be part of a dynamic team that is passionate about innovation and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop technical documentation for projects focused on plant functionalities.
- Support and learn internal simulation tests and support Factory Acceptance Tests with customers.
- Help maintain and update Markets reusable solutions.
- Participate in simulation, startup, and commissioning of systems/modules.
- Develop technical solutions in projects, provide support in problem solving, participate in technical discussions with customers and suppliers.
- Learn and get experience in process or automation engineering with a desire to learn more about the opposite discipline.
- Have commissioning experience and the desire to continue supporting commissioning efforts.
- Learn more about our systems such as SkyNet and Tetra Plantmaster.
- Develop your problem-solving mindset.
Requirements
- Recent graduate of an Engineering degree in Robotics, Mechatronics, Automation and Control or related.
- AutoCAD knowledge is a plus.
- English and Spanish conversational skills are required.
- Previous internships or projects utilizing PLC's Siemens/Rockwell and SCADA programming and networks is strongly preferred.
- Microsoft Office knowledge.
- Interest in equipment and machinery, as well as technical engineering negotiations, all Tetra Pak's portfolio.
- Passion for excellence.
- Customer centricity.
- Interest in taking your career to the next level.
- Finished or will finish your studies by December 2024 or January 2025.
- Intermediate or Advanced English level.
- Experience or knowledge in Microsoft office: Excel, Word, Power Point, etc.
