- Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes using Figma and similar tools.
- Implement best practices in UX design to optimize usability and accessibility.
- Stay updated on industry trends and design standards to enhance design quality and innovation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, or a related field.
- Proven experience (X years) as a UI designer, preferably in a web development environment.
- Strong portfolio showcasing web UI designs and projects.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
- Excellent understanding of UX principles and methodologies.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
Experience:
- Minimum X years of experience in web UI/UX design.
- Demonstrated experience in designing responsive web interfaces.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in an agile environment.
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
- Experience in conducting user research and usability testing is preferred.
