About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Manager to lead our Claims Contact Center in Mexico. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a team of customer service agents and supervisors, ensuring that they follow company processes and best practices. Your expertise in claims operations and risk management will be crucial in maintaining high levels of service and ensuring compliance with local regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Staff management: Direct and manage teams of customer service agents and supervisors to ensure they meet performance goals and adhere to company policies.
  • Process improvement: Identify areas for improvement in our claims process and implement changes to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Training and development: Provide ongoing training and coaching to staff to ensure they are up-to-date with procedures and best practices.
  • KPI monitoring: Monitor key performance indicators to ensure compliance with company targets.
  • Compliance: Ensure that all operations and interactions comply with company policies and local regulations.

Requirements:

  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Experience in claims operations and risk management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Fluency in English and Spanish
