Job Description:
As a CNC Manufacturing Engineer, you will play a critical role in developing and supporting new manufacturing processes for large aerospace parts. Your expertise in Catia V5 design and programming will be instrumental in creating and supporting new CNC programs for 4 and 5-axis horizontal and vertical machines.
You will work closely with various departments, including operations, quality, tooling, and planning, to ensure that our manufacturing processes meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronic Engineering, or Aerospace Engineering
- At least 7 years of experience in manufacturing and machining processes
- Expertise in Catia V5 design and programming
- Understanding of GD&T application
- Experience with Fanuc, Siemens, and Heidenhain controls
- Reading G & M codes
- Postprocessor knowledge, ICAM, and IMS preferred
- Emulation knowledge Vericut preferred
