About This Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Performance Marketing Manager II to join our User Acquisition team in Mexico City on a hybrid basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of funnel conversion metrics, retention rates, and LTV predictions.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Independently manage significant performance marketing budgets across multiple channels to maximize games' growth and profitability.
  2. Strategize, execute, and continually optimize mobile campaigns on every critical mobile platform.
  3. Locate, negotiate, and develop creative and innovative solutions for acquisition.
  4. Grow and manage marketing partnerships for UA efforts across the globe.
  5. Design and execute A/B & multivariate testing and present results to related teams.
  6. Contribute winning ad creative ideas and run creative testing, working closely with Marketing to execute on breakthrough creative strategies to attract new users.
  7. Work cross-functionally with product, ads, data, and creative teams to grow the portfolio and business through full-view lifecycle marketing.
  8. Be an expert in UA with key knowledge to lead a team.
  9. Raise flags for future potential issues that might arise if we continue on course or due to expected changes based on our current methodology.

Requirements

  1. BA or BS degree, preferably in Economics, Mathematics, Marketing, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. 2-4 years of experience in media buying/user acquisition/performance marketing.
  3. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  4. Strong proficiency with Excel required, SQL is a plus.
  5. Proven ability to effectively communicate with cross-functional teams.
  6. Prefer candidates with direct previous experience in mobile user acquisition. Hands-on experience with Facebook Ads and/or Google Ads is a plus.
