**Job Summary:**
We seek an experienced Trade Compliance Manager to oversee all activities related to Foreign Trade Department. This role involves coordinating with state and private entities to expedite necessary documentation for import/export processes, as well as maintaining relations with government dependencies.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Lead and develop the Import Export team.
- Ensure the smooth functioning of import/export activities, including issuance and control of import licenses, foreign relations, and IMMEX administration.
- Develop processes, procedures, and interfaces with other departments to ensure compliance with regulations and trade laws.
- Administer legal profiles, customs duty, documental archives, and fixed assets.
**Requirements:**
- Bachelor's Degree in relevant field.
- 5-8 years experience in Import Export activities.
- 2 years minimum supervising personnel.
- Demonstrated technical knowledge in area of responsibility.
- Experience with PITEX, IMEX, Laws and Regulations of foreign trade, 8vas and 2das rules, FDA Regulations, Aranxel, AS 400, Oracle, import/export permits, and negotiations with Brokers.
**Skills:**
- Excellent organizational, communication, team-building, coaching, and decision-making skills.
- Effective interpersonal and influence management skills to interact with cross-functional team members.
