We are seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Specialist to join our team at Abc Technologies in Grand Rapids, Michigan. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation and upkeep of machinery, equipment, and facilities to minimize downtime and maintain production efficiency.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of industrial maintenance principles and practices, with a focus on preventive and predictive maintenance techniques. They will have experience with equipment setup, calibration, and changeovers, as well as troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including lubrication, cleaning, and inspection, to ensure the proper functioning of machinery and equipment.
  • Diagnose equipment malfunctions and mechanical issues using troubleshooting techniques, diagnostic tools, and equipment manuals.
  • Conduct repairs and adjustments to machinery, components, and systems to restore functionality and prevent production disruptions.

**Requirements:**

  • Engineering Degree (from a certified university)
  • 2-year (or higher) technical degree or equivalent work experience
  • 3-5 year minimum industrial maintenance experience
  • Experience with OEM problem-solving disciplines and systems an asset
  • Understanding of mold build and repair costing
  • Blue Print Reading with knowledge of GD&T required

**Additional Requirements:**

  • Must have a valid passport and visa to work in the United States

**Compensation:**

The salary range for this position is $508.61 - $631.38 per hour, with expected hours of 40 - 60 per week. We offer a competitive benefits package, including paid time off, health insurance, and retirement savings plan.
