About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Engineer to join our team at Okta. As a Technical Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support and technical expertise to our clients. You will work closely with our engineering team to resolve complex technical issues and provide innovative solutions to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely and effective technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat.
  • Collaborate with the engineering team to resolve complex technical issues and implement new solutions.
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of Okta's products and services.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to provide expert advice to customers.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experience.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in customer support, technical support, system administration, or related customer-facing role.
  • BA/BS/MS in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or related discipline, or relevant professional experience.
  • Strong technical skills, including experience with cloud technologies, directory services, and networking.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
