**Job Summary**
We are seeking a Benefits Coordinator to join our Human Resources team at The St. Regis Kanai Resort Riviera Maya. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our benefits programs, including employee communications, benefits administration, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
**Key Responsibilities**
• Coordinate and administer employee benefits programs, including health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) plan, and other employee perks.
• Develop and maintain positive working relationships with employees, management, and external vendors to ensure seamless benefits administration.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including ERISA, COBRA, and ACA.
• Communicate benefits information to employees through various channels, including email, intranet, and in-person meetings.
• Collaborate with HR team members to develop and implement benefits-related policies and procedures.
**Requirements**
• High school diploma or equivalent required; related work experience preferred.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
