The RoleThe Scrum Lead will facilitate agile delivery teams by coaching principles such as self-organization, self-reflection, and incremental delivery of products. - Keep stakeholders informed on the Scrum team's progress and ensure effective communication.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to remove impediments and facilitate team growth.
- Relevant experience working as a Scrum Lead or Agile Coach.
- Knowledge of Agile Methodology and practices.
- Experience in running PI Planning meetings and tracking risks and dependencies.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
