About the Role

As a Technical Lead, Full Stack Software Development Engineer, you will be responsible for leading the delivery and ongoing support of projects from end to end. Your expertise in Java and React will be instrumental in designing new features, reviewing code, and advocating for standard methodologies. You will also mentor junior engineers, facilitate engineering discussions, and participate in an inclusive and energetic team.

This role is a teleworker position, allowing you to work from a physical location of your choice. While we encourage attendance for occasional in-office events, we understand the importance of flexibility and work-life balance. In addition to a competitive base salary and benefits, this position is eligible for equity awards based on factors such as experience, performance, and location.

Who You Are

We are looking for a seasoned software development professional with over 5+ years of experience in Java, React, Typescript, GraphQL, and AWS. You should be recognized as a technical leader on your team, with a proven track record of impact beyond your team. Your expertise in designing, implementing, and maintaining distributed systems, as well as your proficiency in multiple modern development technologies, will be essential in this role. Fluency in English and Spanish, both written and spoken, is required. Authorization to work in Mexico is also necessary.
