Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurate Sales Data Management: Monitor and update the sales database in Tableau for all LACAN countries.
  • Rebate Contract Management: Ensure proper signature and storage of all rebate contracts with Elanco customers.
  • Incentive Calculation: Calculate commercial sales incentives and bonuses for the sales team, following established plans and guidelines.
  • Data Validation: Validate distributor-reported sell-out data and inventory levels, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
  • Ad-hoc Analyses: Conduct analyses to support decision-making within the LACAN region.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in Spanish and advanced English language skills.
