The Role:

As an Administrative Recruitment Coordinator, you will provide efficient administrative support to the recruitment process. Acting as the main point of contact for support function queries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing various administration activities for the account. Ensuring timely processing.
  • French is preferred.

Our ideal candidate will also manage ad-hoc administration activities to support the recruitment process. This includes updating the applicant tracking system, ensuring data accuracy, and completing daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports as required.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you should have good written and spoken English language skills. Other languages as required by the client. Good communication skills, including telephone manner, are essential. You should also have good planning and organizing skills, working knowledge of Microsoft packages: Outlook, Word, and Excel, a can-do attitude, and teamwork orientated.

Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary of $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience.
