We are seeking an experienced Category Management and Sourcing Leader to join our team at Carrier Global Corporation. Key Responsibilities
- Lead a group of Global Commodity Leaders on key projects execution

Role Purpose
Become a productivity enabler, meet productivity target for Americas Region, execute projects in timely manner, and communicate metrics to the team.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience
- Highly proficient in English (spoken and written)
- Experience with project management in a leadership role
- Communication skills
