We're seeking a talented Bilingual Relations Specialist to join our team in Puerto Vallarta. As a key member of our Contact Center, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Main Duties:

  • Customer Communication: Respond to customer inquiries, provide information, and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Service Offerings: Present our company's services and products to customers, addressing their needs and concerns.

Requirements:

  • English Proficiency: Advanced or native-level English proficiency is required.
  • Location: Currently residing in Puerto Vallarta. We do not offer remote hiring.
  • Availability: Availability to work onsite and full-time.
  • Experience: At least one year of experience in sales and dealing with customer complaints.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work closely with others in a dynamic environment.
  • Computer Skills: Proficiency in computer skills and multitasking.
