- Automation and Efficiency: Identify opportunities for automation and efficiency in the end-to-end product delivery cycle and build process automation to streamline daily tasks.
- Transaction Processing: Verify operations and balances, confirm transactions, monitor, reconcile, and resolve discrepancies, settle same-day operations, and request authorizations for manual transactions.
- Reporting and Compliance: Process and report returned transactions, report atypical transactions to management, and follow internal manuals and ethics code, as well as applicable regulations.
- 4+ years of relevant work experience as a SysAdmin.
- 4+ years of experience with SQL, MySQL databases.
- 2+ years of experience working in virtualized environments (VmWare).
- Desirable to understand Banxico's regulations.
- Experience with creating user manuals and network diagrams.
- Experience with monitoring tools, such as Solarwinds and Graphana.
- Experience with Windows/Linux servers.
- Experience designed fault-tolerant services.
- Experience with containers and Jboss.
