Your Role

We're seeking an experienced Indirect Procurement Director to lead our Access Network Solutions (ANS) Segment Procurement Team. As a key member of our Procurement organization, you will develop and implement a global procurement strategy aligned with the segment's strategic requirements. Your primary focus will be on ensuring cost savings and driving initiatives across commodity teams, while fostering high levels of engagement with internal partners to understand their requirements and implement policies for effective budget management and control.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage Procurement cost savings KPIs and drive initiatives across commodity teams.
- Participate in supplier negotiations and contract management to achieve cost savings and optimize financial outcomes.
- Develop and foster an engagement framework between Finance, Indirect Procurement, and corporate functions.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Business or related area and/or advanced procurement qualifications are preferred (CPM, CPIM, etc.).
- Ten or more years of indirect procurement and leadership work experience.
- Proven record of working in a fast-paced, multi-functional, global, collaborative environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite/SAP/Ariba.
- Excellent communication skills in English-Spanish languages.
