About the Role:


This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR professional to join our team as a Strategic HR Partner for Americas.


We are seeking a highly skilled individual with a strong background in HR operations, project management, and change management.



Responsibilities:


The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering HR services to our teams in the Americas region, including HR operations, talent management, and organizational design.


They will also partner with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes and support the implementation of strategic initiatives.



Requirements:


To be successful in this role, you will need:



  • 5 years of experience in HR generalist roles
  • Strong knowledge of Workday as primary ERP system
  • Project Management experience or PMI certification
  • Fluency in English and Spanish
  • Good understanding of Mexico Labor Law
  • Structured work approach and a focus on delivering results
  • Experience in large international organizations and ability to navigate complex stakeholder matrix
  • Change management experience
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills and proven ability to deliver through others
  • Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-driven, energetic, and have a 'can-do' mindset


Benefits:


We offer a competitive compensation package, including a base salary of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits and bonuses.
