We're seeking a seasoned Workday expert to join our team at Cognizant. As a Workday Consultant, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional managed services to our clients. Your expertise will be instrumental in helping clients navigate complex Workday touchpoints and make informed decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of consultants in delivering managed services accounts, ensuring seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
  • Provide expert guidance on Workday best practices, facilitating project planning and execution.
  • Collaborate with clients to identify and address complex challenges, driving business outcomes and growth.
  • Mentor and coach team members, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
  • Contribute to new business opportunities, driving revenue growth and expansion.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 8-12 years of experience in Corporate Applications portfolio, with 4-6 years in client-facing roles handling managed services.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS-based Managed Services model and HCM process areas.
  • Certification in Workday HCM or Integrations is mandatory.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
  • High commitment and independent ownership.
