Job Summary

As a Production Supervisor, you will have the opportunity to lead a team within a Production unit or line to execute production processes, transforming parts and raw materials into ABB products in a timely and cost-effective manner.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure that production scheduling and production plan meet the volume requirements agreed upon in the demand plan and defined inventory service levels.
- Recommend technical equipment and facility improvements as necessary.
- Identify deficiencies in production area, propose improvement activities, and oversee implementation of actions to improve production performance.
- Manage the resolution of critical product or equipment issues together with relevant internal teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in industrial, mechatronic, mechanical, and electrical engineering or similar.
- 2 to 3 years of experience in similar positions.
- 2 years of experience in managing BC personnel (30 people on average).
- Knowledge of SAP.
- Demonstrated experience in conflict resolution.
- Demonstrated experience in managing production processes.
- Analytical capabilities of production processes.
- Experience in machine programming.
- Process design.
- Process balancing.
- Intermediate level of English.
