Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team in Fitchburg, MA. As a key member of our quality team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and reliability.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate quality matters related to customer quality such as product complaint, customer claim, 8D report evaluation and submission, follow-up to assess the effectiveness of corrective and preventive actions.
  • Liaise with production teams to identify and resolve quality issues.
  • Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure compliance with IATF 16949 and ISO 9001 standards.
  • Maintain accurate records of quality metrics and trends.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve quality and productivity.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in engineering or technical field and 3-5 years of relevant experience in quality assurance. You should also possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
