Innovative Greens Ltd is seeking a creative and skilled Floral Designer to join our team in Santiago de Chile, Región Metropolitana.

We are looking for an artistic professional who can design, create, and sell standard and customized floral arrangements to customers. As a Floral Designer, you will be responsible for advising customers on suitable floral arrangement selections, wrapping completed floral arrangements, unpacking and organizing deliveries, and ensuring that the store is clean and well-organized.

To be successful in this role, you should have excellent organizational skills, be able to keep abreast of emerging styles and trends in floral design, and demonstrate effective communication skills. Proficiency in English is required.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in floral design, a proven track record of creating high-quality floral arrangements, and a strong understanding of different flower types, arrangement styles, and flower conditioning.

As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to participate in various exhibitions and big events, leading the floral design. You will also be able to work independently and as part of a team, maintaining an accurate record of floral arrangement orders, special requests, and delivery information.

We offer a competitive salary of $300,000 per year, which is estimated based on the current market conditions and the location of the position. The company will guide you through the process of relocating to Malta (Europe), including finding a home and obtaining a work permit.
