UX Designer

We are seeking a highly skilled UX Designer to join our team in Mexico City, Mexico. As a UX Designer, you will be part of a growing team responsible for creating and supporting global digital developments for PepsiCo.
Key Responsibilities- Participate in the entire design process of our digital products and services, from initial research to testing and validation.
- Plan and conduct primary and secondary research to gain insights into user needs and behaviors.
- Apply Human-Centered Design and Service Design Thinking approaches to guide the discovery and production of low-fidelity and high-fidelity deliverables.
- Collaborate with designers, process owners, product owners, and business stakeholders to ensure seamless design execution.
- Develop and maintain a Design System to ensure consistency across our ecosystem of products and services.
- Communicate design decisions and recommendations to stakeholders through clear and concise presentations and reports.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UX Design and Service Design.
- 3+ years of experience designing digital products and services as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Deep understanding of Service Design and UX Design disciplines.
- Proven experience with industry-standard design and research tools (Figma, Adobe CC, Sketch, InVision, User testing, etc.).
- Experience with Agile and SAFe methodology for teamwork and analytics 'product' creation.
- Fluent in Azure DevOps, Jira, Confluence.
- Strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to deal with ambiguity while juggling multiple priorities.
