FICOSA seeks a Senior Procurement Specialist to collaborate with the project team and manage assigned suppliers.

Job Description

This role involves applying a defined strategy for all suppliers, negotiating contracts, leading problem-solving efforts, and ensuring project objectives are met. The ideal candidate will have experience in purchasing, FDS, or FPS, and be fluent in English and the local language.

The successful candidate will also lead sourcing processes, present sourcing processes to assignments committees, develop supplier information, participate in monthly reports, and comply with company methodologies and policies.

This is a challenging role that requires strong leadership skills, as well as the ability to motivate and develop a team.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or economics
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position
  • Fluent in English and the local language
