Customer Master Service Specialist

We are seeking a Customer Master Service Specialist to play a pivotal role in the execution of activities for our company's Global Customer Master Project, specifically on Account Merge operations. The successful candidate will be instrumental in achieving a comprehensive understanding of customer master data by providing a holistic view of the customer to enrich Alcon's Digital Future.
As a key member of our team, you will provide support on required tasks assigned to countries in LATAM, including México, Argentina, Chile, Colombia, Uruguay, Peru, and Ecuador.
This role is accountable for ensuring timely and successful completion of assigned activities with high-quality deliverables to reach deployment goals aimed at establishing a reliable Customer Database.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure timely and successful completion of assigned activities with high-quality deliverables.
- Analyze customer data base and understand current and new logic.
- Map correct relationships and hierarchies for our accounts.
- Clean the customer data base with only usable accounts.
- Map new critical data elements based on current and new fields, ensuring remanence of their intended functionalities.
- FOLLOW established procedures and escalate any identified deviations for guidance and resolution.
- Monitor and provide required progress updates.
- Participate in project regional meetings.
- Report to AGS Coordinator and Regional Process Owners.
- Communicate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure business needs are being addressed.
- Collaborate with local Customer Master Administrators.
About this Opportunity:
Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
