Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic recruiting team at Zillow Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and assessing top-tier design talent in Mexico. Your primary focus will be on roles such as UX/UI Designers, Graphic Designers, and Product Designers at all levels.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of identifying and attracting passive talent in Mexico, with deep knowledge of design talent profiles. You will be proficient in utilizing various tools and platforms, such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, social networks, and candidate databases.
Solid communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with candidates and build long-term relationships, are essential for this role. Additionally, the ability to partner with different clients, including senior-level business leaders and top-tier professional candidates in the design domain, is crucial.
In this role, you will be responsible for collaborating closely with business stakeholders to understand their talent needs and develop strategies tailored to design roles. You will also research the competitive landscape and capture insightful recruiting data to drive improvements across our design pipelines.

Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of technical recruiting experience within a fast-paced organization, focusing on design roles.
- Proven experience as a Recruiter, preferably within the design industry, with a strong track record of identifying and attracting passive talent in Mexico.
- Deep knowledge of design talent profiles, including UX/UI, Graphic Design, and Product Design.
