Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with series sending plants to present arguments, lead meetings, and synthesize concepts and agreements related to equipment.
- Ensure all upgrades/modifications are delivered within scheduled timelines according to requirements.
- Develop concepts and new ideas for better performance, aligned with LTS strategy (lessons learned).
- Further develop existing equipment technologies, considering industrial safety.
- Verify DRX Standards are met before equipment is handed over to LTS production.
- Cooperate in test plans, action catalogs, and release documentation, as required.
- Follow up and maintain Equipment-related documents database as part of the equipment Standard.
- Conduct machine validation after changes and relocations, ensuring machine capabilities (MFU) are maintained.
- Ensure technical release of equipment for production, supported by an ECR.
- Prepare practical solutions to optimize automation & digitalization, based on LTS strategy.
- Track equipment transfer according to DRX standards (e.g., Techmatrix, spare parts list) provided to series plant.
- Prepare presentations and introductions to customers, if applicable.
- Execute machine transfer, evaluate machine capability (MFU), and conduct feasibility studies.
Requirements:
- Industrial Eng., Mechanical Eng., or related Industrial Engineering
- English Advanced level
- Automotive industry experience
- Process Development and Project Management skills
- Knowledge of ISO 14001:2015 / ISO 45001:2018 and IATF 16949:2016 Standard
- Customer-specific requirements
