Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Performance Marketing Senior Associate to join our team in Mexico City. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies to drive user and driver growth in Mexico.
Main Responsibilities- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the team to develop data-driven acquisition strategies for Mexico.
- Digital Marketing: Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across social networks, SEO, SEM, and programmatic media.
- Campaign Optimization: Monitor and optimize paid campaigns on Google, Meta, ASA, DV360, TikTok, and programmatic media to achieve planned KPIs.
- Performance Analysis: Provide paid media analysis and present weekly and ad-hoc performance reports to stakeholders.
- Budget Management: Manage and allocate paid media budgets effectively across channels and ensure proper pacing.
- Acquisition Communication: Develop acquisition communication ideas and coordinate their development and execution in campaign materials and multiple ad formats.
- Team Collaboration: Support the marketing and operations departments to achieve user and driver growth.
- Brand Positioning: Identify opportunities for brand positioning with potential content, creatives, keyword trends, and other improvements.
- Programmatic Partnerships: Manage deals and performance with programmatic partners to expand acquisition channels.
- Conversion Tracking: Experience with conversion tracking and attribution measurement systems to ensure accurate insights into user behavior.
- Proactive Problem-Solver: Proactive and problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach.
- Team Player: Excellent team player with attention to detail and a client-oriented mindset.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Data-Driven: Experience with Excel or Looker Studio (data manipulation, pivot tables, and dashboards).
- Programmatic Media: Knowledge and experience with programmatic media, DSP, MMP platforms, and Google Ads Editor is a plus.
- 5+ Years of Experience: 5+ years of experience with performance marketing campaigns.
- Paid Media Experience: Experience with paid media, content strategies, and reporting insights.
- Marketing Background: Graduated in Marketing, Advertising, Engineering, or similar.
- Language Skills: Advanced English.
