About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Warehouse Coordinator to join our team at Axalta Coating Systems. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth flow of goods and materials throughout our warehouse.

Main Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the receipt, storage, and distribution of inventory, including consumables, tools, and equipment.
  • Inspect and receive deliveries from suppliers, verifying quantities and quality.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, transactions, and movements.
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations in the warehouse environment.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal stakeholders, responding to requests for materials and information in a timely manner.
  • Process purchase orders, invoices, and other documentation related to inventory management.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; prior experience in inventory management preferred.
  • Proficiency in PC applications and familiarity with SAP systems.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
