Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our data management and system closure efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, audit, project management, IT, or financial-related roles, with experience in implementing and testing systems. About the Role:
  • Develop and implement data management processes to ensure accuracy and integrity of data
  • Coordinate and execute month-end system close cycle, identifying and escalating close-related issues
  • Manage complex data and statement research items as primary contact for department's research capability
  • Provide enhanced data analysis across FCRA by identifying and resolving data exceptions and miscoding
Requirements:

The successful candidate will possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or Computer Science
  • 3-5 years of experience in accounting, audit, project management, IT, or financial-related roles
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and SAP
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Good verbal and written communication skills, with ability to interact professionally with all levels of personnel and management
