Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Treasury Manager to join our team at Revolut Ltd. As a key member of our Finance team, you will be responsible for managing liquidity, market, wholesale credit, and capital adequacy risks for our business.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to shape the Treasury function for our new retail banking entity in Mexico. You will be responsible for developing investment features, creating local liquidity, capital, and IRRBB policies and procedures, and maintaining and monitoring liquidity to meet regulatory and internal requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement Treasury processes and controls to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and Group policies.
  • Collaborate with Group Treasury to ensure operations and risk management are in compliance with Group policies and achieve strategic consistency.
  • Work closely with other departments, including Risk Management, Accounting, Operations, and Regulatory Reporting, to ensure effective risk management and compliance.
  • Support the local CFO and Treasurer in capital and liquidity discussions with stakeholders, including regulators and the Board.
  • Join the local Assets and Liabilities Committee as a key member.

Requirements

  • Experience building Treasury processes and controls.
  • Excellent analytical skills and a hands-on attitude.
  • The ability to understand complex financial concepts and break them into smaller pieces.
  • Experience and understanding of treasury management within financial services.
  • A bachelor's degree in science, technology, economics, or math.
  • An AMIB Certification (3 or 5).

Nice to Have

  • Proficiency in SQL.
  • Knowledge of Mexican regulations and regulatory metrics, such as CCL, CFEN, ACLME, and ICAP.
